I am a corporate money free progressive running to ensure that government works for working families and not special interests. Political viability can and should come from community engagement not financial clout.

As a current County Commissioner on the San Diego County Commission on the Status of Women & Girls I am engaged in efforts to combat homelessness, prevent human trafficking, and promote gender equality. I am honored to serve in this non-paid role because I am passionate about serving my community and addressing the many issues we are facing.

If elected to the Assembly, I will be able to more effectively fight for increased affordable housing opportunities, to reduce carbon emissions while saving consumers money, and to make the California Dream of a good paying job, quality healthcare, and the opportunity to realize one’s true potential, a reality for all.

For more information about where I stand on the issues please see my On the Issues page. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me at 760-503-5076 or [email protected], I look forward to speaking with you.
